Deposits and Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking
to secure the reservation. For summer and Congress lets, we require that
the full-amount be paid at least 3 weeks in advance of your stay. Sadly, cancellations after that period cannot be refunded, if the apartment cannot be re-let. However if the apartment is re-let, your payment less the 30% deposit will be refunded.
